WorldCom Campus Masterplan

WorkPlace Design Group is masterplanning a 540 acre corporate campus environment for WorldCom in Loudoun County, Virginia. Phase One, which consists of WorldComs 135 acre, 2.2 million square foot facility and the construction of Loudoun County Parkway has already been implemented. Other sites are designed to be attractive for speculative development and similar high tech users. The parkway alignment has been carefully conceived to maximize development opportunities along its entire length. Two commercial mixed-use districts will provide a variety of retail amenities including restaurants, hotels, and shops. Total development potential is 9.4 million square feet.
