Relationships - to develop deep relationships with others
In today's fast paced world we are often disconnected and have very few if any deep relationships. Because of this, connecting with others who share similar values and place in life is a major concern. At the Vine we want to help people develop meaningful and authentic relationships with others.
ExperienceHamburg hotels - to personally experience the power of God
Many from our generation are tired of hearing the endless debates between different belief groups and have lost faith in science, reason & logic to provide ultimate truth. We long to personally experience the power of God and the freedom that comes from worshiping Him for ourselves. This experience is what will lead many into a growing relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
Service - to make a difference in the life of another
In contrast to "saving the world" we have a longing to reach out to those we see in need around us. We want to do this in practical and tangible ways that directly affect the lives of others.
At the Vine we connect through:
Small Groups - Where young adults can authentically know others and be known by them. Examples of our small groups are but are not limited to singles & divorced; men's, women's or mixed; marrieds with or w/o kids, Alpha.
Worship - A worship experience with an evangelical emphasis to postmoderns that includes music, drama, teaching, and technical audio & visual
Service - Providing opportunities for postmoderns to minister in practical ways to people in their community, nation & world whether at the Vine, locally in the Minneapolis area & Minnesota, or nationally & globally through mission trips
Lyon accommodationWe are continuously and actively seeking leadership members to serve on the following teams:
Music Team - Talented and gifted vocalists and musicians are always welcome.
Drama TeamERROR MSG - Rehearse and perform dramas that take drama to a new level and connects with people at the heart. People interested in helping with staging may also be a part of this team.
Atmoshere Team - Create a warm inviting atmosphere for our guests. This will include everything from food to furniture & lighting.
Technology Team - Work with the drama and music team using the sound and projection systems along with computer graphics to enhance the worship experience.
ERROR MSGSmall Group Leaders - Help our members develop deep relationships as they share their lives and grow in their faith together.
Service Planning Team - Plan opportunities for small groups and the Vine as a whole to reach out to those in need and make a difference in the lives of others.
