Reason you joined: I was always interested in firefighting nd the opportunity came up for me in '74 from Arny Furgeson who was chief at the time.

Favorite Part of being on the department: The people you work with, and the people that you help during their time of need

A significant memory: Working and being around walt fairbairn and pops (Wayne Cantrell). I worked many fires with Pops and learned a lot, he always said "just hang close so I don't lose you."
